Collected from Springbrook and moved to Nudgee after purchase from John Hill. To expedite transport, Mr. Hill asked the fire service to remove the wings with a circular saw. The upper surface of the port wing was cut before this plan was abandoned. Aircraft had been stored in the open at Springbrook for some time and its condition was poor.

The fuselage was transported to the residence of QAM member Ernie Van Aken for restoration.
AUG83
Completed fuselage moved to Hawker Pacific hangar at Archerfield for temporary storage. Subsequently relocated to Royal Qld. Aero Club hangar.

Transported to Caloundra.

Aircraft re-assembled at Caloundra after both wings repaired by South Brisbane Technical College.
